Brazen’s magnificent seven becomes eight
Brazen’s magnificent SEVEN nominations at the annual industry ‘Oscars’ – the North-West CIPR Pride Awards 2013 – has today become eight!
The agency had already won nominations for ‘gongs’ including Best Internal Communications Campaign for its work on One Team with Magnet Kitchens, Best Consumer Relations Campaign for its work with luxury holiday company Journeys of Distinction and Best Use of Media Relations for its April Fools stunt for Ronseal.
And now it can boast a second nomination in the Best Consumer Relations Campaign for its work on the launch of the new Manchester-based National Football Museum’s ‘100 Days to the National Football Museum’ campaign.
Seems Brazen won so many nominations this year that one was missed off the list.
Brazen has also been shortlisted for Best Use of Social Media for managing social network channels for Imperial Leather, Best Event for its ‘One Team’ event for Magnet Kitchens, Best Use of Photography or Design for it’s the North Face ‘Camp on the Roof’ project and has also been shortlisted for the Outstanding Public Relations Consultancy award.
Brazen Founder Nina Webb said: “In difficult economic circumstances the Brazen teams have worked their socks off to deliver absolutely first rate campaigns, projects and stunts for a range of clients over the last year.
“We are delighted that our creativity, sheer hard work and intense planning has been recognised with an incredible eight nominations at the annual CIPR Pride Awards.
“It truly was the magnificent seven, and now it is eight, which just proves that the award-winning standard that Brazen has become synonymous with continues apace, regardless of the financial climate.”
The CIPR PRide Awards recognise outstanding public relations in the UK regions and nationally. Judging takes place over the summer months and the winners are announced at sparkling black tie dinner, yet to be confirmed, but pencilled in the diary for between October and December this year.
