Because Brazen cares

As a Charity PR agency, Brazen has been leading the way in the North West for many years. We are extremely proud of the work we have carried out for a number of exceptional causes in order to boost their profiles and assist them with their vital fundraising activities both locally and nationally.

Our charity PR campaigns have included amplifying national charity partnerships for large clients as well as working on a local, targeted level for charities themselves.

Our charity PR strategies

The charity PR strategies we have devised include how to raise money at a local level and drive coverage nationally. We always like to include creative tactics to drive coverage and engagement with media cut-through which can often be tricky due to the number of other charity partnerships striving for coverage.

As part of Brazen’s own CSR remit, we’re honoured to work with two local charities. The first is Cheadle-based, The Seashell Trust, a charity dedicated to providing a creative, happy and secure environment for children and adults with complex and severe disabilities, which include little or no language abilities. Brazen helps organise and promote the charity’s annual ‘Seashell Sportive’, a cycling event held in and around the Peak District and now one of the region’s most high-profile British Cycling fixtures.

The second is Girls Out Loud, the multi award winning North West based social enterprise founded by entrepreneur and acclaimed author Jane Kenyon, which works with teenage girls to give them confidence, resilience and self-belief. Brazen directors Nina Webb and Sasha Marks are both ‘Big Sisters’ on the charity’s school mentoring programme which inspires ‘Little Sisters’ to be the very best they can be through monthly one-to-one sessions. You can read more about the charity here if you would like to get involved as they’d love to hear from you.
