Sarah Knight, our in-house Talent & Life Coach, spends her life looking after our team and their mental wellbeing.
From being part of the induction programme to delivering a series of ‘Wellbeing in the Workplace’ group sessions, Sarah also provides 121 coaching and development, helping build and strengthen everyone’s emotional intelligence and personal resilience.
Plus, we have a stack of other ZEN-like benefits on top, including Hybrid Working, Wellbeing Time, Choose-You Days, Blue Skies Time and Duvet Days.
