The hottest hospitality launch of 2023 – Brazen “made waves” for Sexy Fish Manchester!

Mayfair restaurant-group, Caprice Holdings, challenged Brazen to ensure the launch of Sexy Fish Manchester was on the lips of every Mancunian and beyond…

We kicked off our six-month PR strategy with a Brazen-hosted press lunch in famed Sexy Fish Mayfair, inviting Manchester press contacts to the London restaurant to enjoy a sneak-peek of the Sexy Fish experience… an opportunity for Sexy Fish to showcase the opulent menu prior to launch

We put on the biggest launch party the city’s seen for years, curating a guestlist of 500+ VIPs including press, lifestyle influencers, movers & shakers, models & Manchester-based talent, directed event photographers to capture the perfect shots for press & managed post-event distribution of press materials specifically targeting national and consumer celebrity party pages

To maintain post-launch momentum, we utilised our existing relationships with national journalists – arranging a host of media reviews, welcoming our London contacts to Manchester to review (and write about) the Sexy Fish Manchester experience!
