For a legendary venue like The Deansgate, reopening wasn’t just about unlocking the doors, it needed to reclaim its status at the heart of Manchester’s social scene and generate real anticipation before day one.

Idea

Brazen built momentum in phases, starting with exclusive “hard hat” tours for key media to preview the transformation and tap into the pub’s heritage. Once open, press returned for first-look experiences that fuelled both editorial and social buzz. This crescendoed in a standout launch event for 450 guests, from media and influencers to local tastemakers and hospitality VIPs, turning reopening night into a city wide moment.
