In the run up to Christmas, after discovering two young fans’ love of Wilko’s BLOX Astronaut, we sent their toy on an extraordinary journey to the edge of space …literally.
Oscar and Layla’s BLOX Astronaut reached the dizzy height of 37,800 metres, went on a 2.5 hour journey to the edge of space before landing back down on earth, and giving the children their very own ‘Man On The Moon’ to keep forever.
Captured through stunning photography and film, our PR stunt generated widespread coverage and positioned BLOX as a toy range built on creativity, adventure and imagination.
