The top trends in PR this month saw many brands sharing support for LGBTQ rights to coincide with Pride celebrations and the return of the iconic Great British Bake Off for the first season since its move to Channel 4.
August’s biggest PR fail came from The National Lottery, who became the latest brand to learn that granting online communities complete freedom to customise messages and share across social media can have some very unwanted consequences.
