Nice piece looking at f-commerce from the point of view of the head of social at Shop Direct Group. Shame it largely focuses on f-commerce rather than totally social commerce solutions but a great read and insight none the less.
“I know I waste half of my marketing budget, problem is I don’t know which half…” some nice evidence of a way to attribute the role that social plays in the sales funnel.
