NEW DATA SHOWS ONLY 7% OF FACEBOOK FANS SEE ORGANIC CONTENT

Data released today by Mashable, shows that new algorithm changes have changed the way we see organic content, with only 7% of Facebook fans actually seeing what a page has posted, organically.
Is the latest algorithm update the death of organic traffic?
We’re yet to be convinced… however, recent insight released by Facebook shows hope, with local pages now being treated preferentially by the platform, so there’s hope for local publishers.

FACEBOOK LAUNCH NEW AR DRAWING TOOL FOR FACEBOOK STORIES

Today, Facebook announced its launched a new AR drawing tool for Facebook Stories that allows fans to photograph their surroundings, annotate them using AR technology and then turn them into Boomerang GIFs.
The new feature will allow you to hold up your phone and effectively draw on the outside world, via your Facebook camera.
Great move by the platform, as we all know users love to create their own content, as well as consume brand content!
